Best Hotels near Sagrada Familia, Barcelona
There aren’t many hotels based near the Sagrada Familia, and unfortunately when you go on to use a booking site or google them, their advertisement might say that they are close to it, when in fact they are really at a 10 minute walking distance or more. I know, I know, it can be quite misleading.

Hurry up and book the unique and coveted suite of the Ayre Hotel Rosselló, in case you dream of a room with views over the Sagrada Familia. But don’t worry if it’s already taken, you can still go to their roof terrace (with pool) and enjoy the impressive views. It’s also one block and a half away from the church!
Hotel Sagrada Familia
This is a business-like 3-star hotel which is based at a distance of 2.5 blocks from the church. It features a rooftop solarium but has no pool. The views over the ones at Ayre are more impressive than that of the Sagrada Familia. They offer discounts for you to use the largest
Ibis Barcelona Centro
The Ibis Barcelona Centro is two blocks away from the Sagrada Familia. This hotel is for those who are on a budget and are not too demanding. This hotel may be a 2-star, but it almost gives the feel of a 3-star. It has good service, simple and comfortable rooms, and a clean design, as it belongs to a well-known European hotel chain. Breakfast is included in this hotel, but you can also check out the cafés and bakeries nearby to get a local feel. There is also free WIFI here.
Sensation Sagrada Familia
The hotel is located right next to the Ayre, which means it is 1.5
I’m afraid that this last option is not that close. It’s 3.5 blocks away, and you have to cross the broad Diagonal avenue to get there. If you book one of their exclusive suites, you’ll get a private terrace which overlooks the Sagrada Familia. By the way, they’ll be glad to provide special food on request, in case you are lactose intolerant or want gluten-free food.
